1. Install 2*AAA batteries into the device back compartment follow the "+","-" direction.
2. Connect the electrode cable into the upper middle hole of the device.
3. Attach the electrode pads(connecting to the electrode cable) to the treatment area.
4. Press the "On/+" key to switch on the device. Then the device is ready to begin treatment. The device is in "Auto" mode.
5. Press one of the function keys to start the treatment.
6. Press "On/+" or "Off/-" to adjust the intensity (9 levels are available) and "Speed +" or "Speed -" to adjust the speed (5 speeds are available).
7. Press the "Repeat" key if you want to continue the treatment mode.
8. Press the "Manual" key to choose the desired treatment by yourself.
9. Press the "Off/-" to switch off the device after using.

Notices: Start from the lowest intensity and speed, and gradually adjust to a comfortable levels. 

• Duration : 10~15min for each treatment area
• Frequency : 1~2 times per day per area
• Intensity and speed selections are based upon the level of your comfort
• Do not use if you have pacemaker, metal implant, insulin pump, or any other implant in the body
